Our company’s greatest strength lies in our ability to support customers in solving issues related to operational equipment and peripheral devices that they encounter during the consideration of introducing sheet pallets, rather than simply selling individual sheet pallets. The sheet pallet system, introduced to Japan in the 1980s, required matching with the logistics quality and work environment demanded by Japanese companies. Initially, there were 13 manufacturers of plastic sheet pallets, but history shows that this number was ultimately reduced to just two major companies. One of these companies gained a competitive advantage by selling sheet pallets along with operational equipment. Sheet pallets are an extremely efficient tool because they can be combined with in-house pallets, preventing the outflow of in-house pallets on the shipping side and eliminating the need to manage other companies' pallets on the receiving side. They also contribute to increasing the palletization rate in efforts to address the logistics 2024 issue. - Sheet pallets can be used as pallet changers. - The thinness of sheet pallets does not reduce loading efficiency. - The lightness of sheet pallets provides leeway for weight limits. - Sheet pallets are easy to dispose of. The variety of paper products is increasing, and there is a growing consideration for palletizing heavy items with sheet pallets.

Our company can assist in various studies using CCS (Carbon dioxide Capture and Storage) technology as we consider CO2 capture for carbon neutrality in factories and plants. In particular, in industries such as steel, cement, chemicals, refineries, and waste treatment facilities, which inevitably emit large amounts of CO2 during their manufacturing processes, it is quite challenging to achieve carbon neutrality even with various measures such as energy conservation, efficiency improvements, and fuel switching. Therefore, the introduction of equipment for CCU (Carbon dioxide Capture and Utilization), along with the consideration of purchasing carbon credits, is expected to be one of the options alongside CCS. In CCS, there are two methods for sending CO2 to storage operators depending on the geographical environment and conditions of the CO2 emitters: one method involves sending it as a gas, and the other involves sending it as a liquid. The general flow from capture to shipment is illustrated in the left diagram. Our company can conduct training, seminars, and study sessions prior to the consideration of CCS/CCUS implementation, in addition to providing conceptual design and cost estimates for CO2 capture for emitters. For example, installing guards such as fences or enclosures. 3. Principle of stopping: Generally, if the machinery is stopped, it poses no danger. Therefore, if a person needs to enter the operational range of the machinery, it should be stopped using interlocks or permission should be granted only after stopping.
